I used to cook up a storm, but I enjoy cooking for others. Now that my kids are on their own, I've gotten lazy and batch cook. lol 😂

Well old love me some good perogies.
Stuff cabbage any time
I love radish out of the ground, in my salid
My sister makes zucchini bread every year from her garden

Though it would be hard to work from home
Can't control all in the family.
Why the wife has an office out in front of the homestead.
Where she can work still have the 3 dogs for sometime and me to stop in and say hello .
At least she can walk home like breakfast or bathroom breaks.

That a long time still for your leg hope all goes well for you.

As for tent girl she going no where soon I bet.

Have a wonderful day the best you can good to have a wonderful sister at this time for you.. XOXO Thomas

The veggies are definitely important. I like chia and other superfoods like it.

Try hemp seed powder! Has protein and all the branched chain amino acids you need with all kinds of other elements and good stuff. I listen to this dude Doc Wallach. He links all disease to the lack of mineral deficiency. He cites the reason for this being that we used to put our fire ashes into our gardens and this went into the vegetables, but now modern vegetables, grown on mass scales are lacking the minerals.
