That understanding is based on knowing that i'm not a real man... In fact, knowing that i'm less than a real man... And that as a sissy, my only sexual purpose in life - and my only possible sexual pleasures in life - are based on pleasing others to their own satisfaction (In any capacity I can please them - Sexual, amusement, or otherwise)... A real man or woman will say things to me, do things to me, and make me do things that confirm that i am, and will always be, less than a real man... Confirm that i'm not a real man and not a real female either - i'm just a femme cd sissy...
