So, who am I? I am the guy you probably never notice until I hold the door open for you, help you put you packages in the car because your hands are full, or let you cut in line ahead of me simply because “ladies first”. I say, "Yes ma’am" even if you are younger than me, "Thank you", and "Please". Sometimes you will smile at me and I will smile back and tell you to “Have a nice day”. I am not a troll or ogre, nor am I a super handsome stud. I am little under average height for a guy. Red hair that is starting to turn grey. I keep it short. Clean shaven. Deep blue eyes that clearly twinkle when I am happy. When I am pissed, or bored, they change color. I wear glasses. I have dimples in both cheeks when I smile. I have broad shoulders and a strong build. (Lots of years being active and, in the Army). I have lots of red curly hair on my chest. (My heritage is part Scot and I look it). Why do I say all of this? Well - if you are looking for tall dark and handsome with a washboard stomach and who shaves every inch of his body, and has a big “12 inch”, that is NOT me. That is okay. I hope you find what you want. I am disease / drug / drama / and “fixed”. (Okay - I am as drama free as much as a redhead can be. You know how we are.) I am at the point in my life where I enjoy the finer things in life, but I have no issues with getting my callused hands dirty, and getting crap under my finger nails, when necessary. I am just as comfortable in jeans, a ball cap and my boots as I am in a three-piece suit and a tie, a tuxedo, or dinner jacket. I am a way over-educated professional with my own company. I don't care if you have a bunch of advanced degrees, but I do care if you can hold a conversation, you have been around the block once or twice, and have a concept of who you are. Yes, I do enjoy my pipe and cigars. I am a big aficionado and would love your company. However, I do NOT smoke around people that don't enjoy it. That would be rude, and I just don't do it. I love all kinds of animals. I have cats, dogs, birds, and horses. I am up for playing with and or taking care of anything. Many people think of me as "Dr. Doolittle". So, more, importantly, tell me about yourself - what makes you smile or laugh? What makes you tick? What things do you like? What makes your eyes twinkle and your blood pump fast?

My Ideal Person Looking for someone to spend some time together; whether it is simply for an hour, or we become lifelong friends. I am starting my personal life all over again. I am just looking to enjoy the ride for a while.

What do you want to do? I love it when a pretty girl doesn't mind getting wind in her hair and likes to take rides with the top down on my car. How about we sit around, have good conversation and a few drinks? Maybe laugh with friends? Take a walk, listen to music, museums, the theater, movies? I love to be outside, but I don't sit still well on the beach. Being a true ginger, I sunburn. SCUBA, ski, camp, travel, horse back ride, bicycling (always wanted a tandem), backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking? I would love to learn to sail.

How about an excuse to dress up and spend a night on the town? (Be warned - I am not a casino type of guy though).

I work a lot, so I like to enjoy time when I am not there, but that doesn't mean I always need to be doing something. I am just as happy hanging around the house with my pets and putzing around with company.
